Long before launching Method & Matrix, Nicole spent over a decade deep in the trenches of hands-on esthetics. As the owner and operator of Fanatical Skin & Ink, she mastered advanced clinical skincare, laser treatments, complex acne management, and photo-damaged skin correction. Working face-to-face with hundreds of clients gave her an undeniable realization: topical treatments alone have a ceiling. True, lasting skin transformation requires looking at the bigger picture—hormonal context, barrier health, and custom, data-driven strategy rather than a one-size-fits-all facial.
As her clinical philosophy evolved, so did her life. Following a relocation to Charlotte, North Carolina, Nicole made a deliberate pivot. She stepped away from the physical treatment room to build something more focused, intelligent, and accessible: a virtual, consultation-first practice.
The traditional spa model often relies on temporary fixes and revolving-door appointments. Method & Matrix was built to break that cycle.
